New recipes are created by using various rubber and chemical types; these recipes are transformed into mixtures in laboratory scaled internal mixers. These mixtures are taken to various static and mechanical tests before and after vulcanization to validate their conformity with specifications.

Having an international standard quality laboratory, Telas Lastik uses these opportunities in developing new mixture recipes, quality control of incoming raw materials, initial product start-up and mass production controls.
